To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
If there is an urgent test result the practice may contact you by phone, or occasionally by letter if other actions are required. Patients are encouraged to contact the surgery for results and any action that might need to be taken.
