We have started a new weight management course here at The Burns Practice. The course consists of an appointment with either Diane or Flora weekly for 12 weeks to discuss all aspects of diet, health, lifestyle and exercise. The programme is run around you. We won’t bombard you with scary facts or tell you how to lose weight. But we will HELP you lose weight to become fitter, healthier and happier.
